How to set up a trekking tour

Being a professional in organising trekking tours means more than just developing an exciting new route. The information below gives you some background information on how our treks are organized.

TREKKING IN REMOTE AREAS:
We strive to offer unique trekking tours, covering the out-of-the-way attractions and lesser-known sites often overlooked by other operators. We sometimes need to use unpaved paths and travel long distances to reach these remote areas. With our code of conduct, sustainable policy, years of experience and of course, our local network, we can take your customers to places where no other agency can go.

TREKKING IN POPULAR AREAS:
Even in the most popular tourist destinations, like Sapa and Mai Chau, we can take travellers off the beaten path. Treks in these accessible areas cover all the highlights of the region, but always go with an "Aventura" twist.

TREKKING PERMITS:
Asia Aventura holds all necessary permits to enter and stay overnight in remote mountain villages and areas through permits granted by governmental bodies.

PATHS & SAFETY:
We make use of paths that are used by the local villagers. We reschedule itineraries in remote areas if the weather turns bad and road conditions become dangerous. Your customer’s safety and well-being is our top priority.

GROUP SIZE:

In order to minimize our impact on the local communities and environment we do not travel in groups larger than 15 people.
